      Pros

      Free shift meal is genuinely good and high quality compared to most fast food. Coworkers are usually around your age and the vibe on the line can be fun during a busy rush. Schedule flexibility is decent if you communicate early.

      Cons

      Very physical work — you're on your feet the entire shift, and the line gets brutal during lunch and dinner rushes. Pay is what you'd expect for fast casual. Closing shifts run long and the deep cleaning is rough.

      Pros

      Free food for breaks, young team, not many crazy customers compared to other fast food restaurant chains

      Cons

      Always short-staffed at night and double the work from the mornings, the manager has to close multiple positions alone, with insufficient and poor training because God forbid you clock in to learn how to work best.
