Hard work to take pride in, quick carreer advancement if you're good, delicious food, great people, fast paced and never boring.
Cons
Too much work for little pay, great work goes unnoticed, raises are a sad joke, weak management, scared to call out sick or take break due to lack of kitchen staff.
