Benefits (health, dental & - insurance) Pay higher than min wage Tips Great ethics and emphasis on team work Thorough training Paid breaks Free food when working, 50% off when not working At my location, great managers and co-workers Programs that help with school and work shoe costs

Cons

Probably too much work for one person Must work very fast and efficiently Overwhelming at times High expectations No discounts for family/ friends On your feet all day rushing around to get things done Takes a long time to work your way up

Pros

Lots of flexibility and good company benefits. Cool office space and good people. The company wants you to learn more and give you the opportunity to do so.

Cons

In the corporate space, very limited career growth opportunities. Current manager micromanages but not terribly. Company performance stinks and leadership does not want to take accountability.
