Pros
Really great coworkers, paid breaks, free meal per shift, tuition reimbursement
Cons
The work that is expected from grill and prep is pretty insane, this is coming from someone who understands the importance of working hard. These 2 positions had the highest turnover rate while I was working here. Another con is that most managers made me feel like the work I did was ever enough. Very dissapointing when you're literally doing the best you can. Also, the distribution of work at my location did not seem very fair.
