Pros
If you are available, reliable, and good at your job you will get the hours that you need at least in my experience. I've worked at 2 different Chipotles and they were very similar in this aspect.
Cons
You will work with a lot of 16-18 year olds which can, in my experience result in a lot of people calling in repeatedly all of the time leaving you short staffed. You grow to fear upper management instead of feeling like they want you to succeed.
