Pros
food with integrity- amazing. setting new standards in the corporate restaurant world. this company barely advertises, it doesnt have to. so in return staff is able to really take care of their customers. very easy going on comps, fundraisers, donations, promotional bogos etc the food.
Cons
they are expanding too rapidly very low pay for work involved restauranteur program is a joke. some restaurants have been granted restauranteur on opening day. Corporate is getting VERY corporate. the food with integrity is impressive, if only it was a full company with integrity.
