Pros
Lots of management opportunities - you can get promoted pretty easily, a culture of empowerment and ownership of the restaurant, feeling like you are making a difference, free employee meal, some health benefit from starting date.
Cons
Very stressful, corporate management tends to forget what it's like to work in the store- making decisions that make no sense when implemented, everything is all about the Restaurateur all the time- but is it really sustainable once you get there?, because of the high promotion rate a lot of people get promoted before they are ready which negatively affects the crew, you need to be a very fast paced person or you won't make it.
