      Pros

      Chipotle is a fast pace and fast growing company. There is room to move up and they hire management from within. Food with integrity is taking seriously here.

      Cons

      Some managers are better than others. The apprentice at my store is very immature and does not get along with anyone.

      Free food for breaks, young team, not many crazy customers compared to other fast food restaurant chains

      Cons

      Always short-staffed at night and double the work from the mornings, the manager has to close multiple positions alone, with insufficient and poor training because God forbid you clock in to learn how to work best.
