      Pros

      Great product, Free lunch, great co workers, great food thats about it!!!! pay is not good at all.

      Cons

      I was unlucky enough to land in the only Chipotle in the US that was constantly empty and had very little chance on getting hours.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
