      Pros

      Excellent career advancement and compensation. Appreciation for hard work, and many fringe benefits to boot. Company car, trips to vegas etc.

      Cons

      Expect too many hours from the managers, I am currently working roughly 70 with not enough support from upper management.

      Pros

      Free food for breaks, young team, not many crazy customers compared to other fast food restaurant chains

      Cons

      Always short-staffed at night and double the work from the mornings, the manager has to close multiple positions alone, with insufficient and poor training because God forbid you clock in to learn how to work best.
