Pros

-Career Growth Opportunities are almost always available -If teamwork and working with a team is your strong suit you'll do great -Lots of tools to use for your growth and learning -Free Employee Meal each shift -50% off Meal when not working that day -Great Benefits and Health Insurance available after hire -Debt Free degrees are available after 1 year of employment -Tuition Reimbursement available after hire.

Cons

-Very strict food safety practices -Higher Management rarely cuts you a break even when short staffed -IT Issues almost always happen multiple times a week -People tend to abuse the SSR (Security Safety and Risk) System when it comes to call offs -Nine times out of 10 you are always learning new things on the job, whether it be new recipes or just continued learning in general, (Con due to never having a good allotted time to complete these practices)

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
