Pros

- Set tasks, whether it is doing orders on the line, prepping the food in the morning, or being register. No matter the positions you are typically in the same routine that you had learned during 2-3 day orientation. - Growth within the company is always available. There were coworkers who promoted within 6 months.

Cons

- it is extremely fast paced in terms of time everything needs to be done. Hardly will you find your Chipotle being slow so expect to always be on your feet. Whether the work load will allow you free time to go on your phone will always depend on your manager.

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
