The constant pressure to track down delinquent clients and resolve financial discrepancies can be overwhelming, and the lack of support from management made the situation even more challenging. Dealing with unpaid invoices and financial discrepancies was emotionally draining, especially when the role involved trying to collect on overdue accounts. The company's management was often worthless, providing little guidance or assistance, and the work environment was degrading and filled with pretty politics.
