Pros

You can be on verge of being fired then you cry and lick, you are moved to new project. You can rely on every piece of code on another employee but Management will be blind to all of it. You don't have to send a single update or come to stand up a single day if you lick bosses boots. You can be a useless person but can get a L1 sponsored not just for you but your spouse too.

Cons

You work dedicatedly but Management won't have money to give you hike or bonus and instead can sponsor L1 VISA to a worthless person who licks boots The Management is just the CEO & CTO who have burnt their fingers being greedy with almost all major partners including Yahoo, M$ and others, no vision, roadmap or goal and just got lucky. Bad traffic sources, doesn't have basic infra even after 10 years of existence. No vision or goal, just run like mad dogs behind cars on road.

Pros

Excellent work-life balance with a fun atmosphere. Nice employees who contribute to a sense of camaraderie. Exciting industry with great potential for growth.

Cons

There is a sever lack of structure, while helping with the laid-back atmosphere, actually deters operational efficiency and decision making processes.

Pros

1. Management takes care of you very well -- bonuses, vacation flexibility, place to play (ping pong, xbox, drinks) at work, breakfast and lunch feasts, commuting reimbursement if you live in Boston. 2. Lots of ambition shown CEO and CTO 3. Lots to opportunities to improve skills 4. Very lucrative industry as its nascent and talent war is massive! 5. Learn and work with cross functional departments ALL THE TIME

Cons

1. Out of 50 odd people right now, 1/3 are quite dumb 2. Don't feel like you're making the world a better place. The digital ad industry really focused on money rather than larger goals.
