Its our tax dollars at work - government gives preferential treatment to unqualified minorities. The good news is that they were able to win work because of a really good mentor. They are clever enough to use their mentor to their advantage. The bad news is that nobody on the leadership team or the staff knows anything about business or have a core competency. They are unfair to their staff.
