Pros
I've worked at Chitra Productions for over 7 years at their corporate office. Daily I work with the CEO and enjoy our relationship in getting things completed and accomplished. She has a positive outlook and sees the potential in people even when they don't see it in themselves. I enjoy working with each of my co-workers and have been able to form lasting friendships. The work is demanding but the rewards for doing a job well are worth the effort. I love our work environment at the headquarter office and am so grateful for the opportunities at Chitra that I've been given. I also appreciate the faith that the CEO has in me and the encouragement she has given me to grow in this field. Not only would I recommend Chitra to a friend, I have and she has been with the company 6 years.
Cons
I am blessed to be working at Chitra and for such an encouraging and kind CEO. The work is hard and deadlines are tight but the family atmosphere and potential for growth outweigh the work requirements.
