Pros
Great perks - alcohol allowance. Thursdays open bar (but no atmosphere, only younger members of the staff would go regularly). Subsidised cantine - though not consistent standard of food. Flexible working hours. Fun work events a couple of times a year. Welcoming environment, nice staff who work hard and who are good at their jobs.
Cons
Unhappy staff - internal movement is never communicated, business plans are kept to the Exec and there are lots of silos between brands and teams. People underpaid for their hard work and dedication to the company. Many people in the company are somehow related to a high-up or exec member of a sister company within the Pernod Ricard group. These people often miraculously get promotions into a position that noone else heard of, or which was advertised internally for 1-2 weeks. Real job progression is rare and so only take a job here if you're looking to stay in it for an extended period of time.
