no advantage only disadvantage in company.

3rd class company. lot of politics. too much hire and fire. no money backup in my company. i am currently working in this company for few months. salary dont come on time. last so many months we all facing problems in money. director of company only give orders from cabin. he also remain absent. he dont come office more than half day. nothing to learn. i have less than 3 year experience but i already think if i do job here for long i will not get job anywhere else. now people start leaving the company so he written email to us all that notice period is 3 month not 1 month. sometimes he say company is registered. sometimes he say company not registered. sometimes he give salary in one company name then next month he give salary in other company name. salary always late. we never getting salary before 10 or 12 of the month. seniors

No pros. Not one good point.

Unprofessional environment. Immature management. No work ethics. Highly politicized place. No motivation for the employees. No standard policy. Different policies for different people. Some people are highly favored in all the ways.
