Friendly teammates, lots of snacks and treats, lunch provided pretty often, plenty of tea and coffee.
Cons
They'll hire someone new off the street at several thousand more per year then what you're making even if you have 10 years of experience. The best raise you're getting is $0.75 an hour, once a year. If you get put on any kind of corrective action or attendance warning, they keep the language very vague and ambiguous so you don't really know what is right and wrong. All they do is talk about growth in their monthly meetings, yet you never see new positions open up.
