Pros
One of the best parts about working at Choice One is the personal development program that Choice One provides for each employee. The program lets employees set their own goals (both personal and professional) and create a system of how to achieve them. Choice One also provides an enjoyable place to work with coworkers who are ready and willing to help lift each other up. Another great benefit of working at Choice One is that employees are all fully aware of the financial health of the company as Choice One practices open book management. Additionally, employees that work at Choice One for a few years are given the option to become partial owners in the company which is both financially rewarding and professionally rewarding knowing that you are working for yourself.
Cons
The only cons to working for Choice One are the limited selections of locations to work and that they don't offer full time remote employment because of the emphasis on the culture between coworkers.
