Management are rude, inappropriate and belittle their staff members. Lincoln is a textbook narcissistic arrogant man and really needs some useful management training. Very double standards. A mix of very nice colleagues and some real narky ones that get annoyed if you breathe too loud. Not an ideal job unless you want your mental health shattered. they love to body shame here too.
