      Pros

      Some flexibility. Great pay. Different day every day. Not sitting in a stuffy office.

      Cons

      Some difficulty having time off. Always on call. No PTO, 401K, or benefits. Small company with limited staff. Asked to market yourself in order to get more patients. .
