DO NOT DO IT. -Sexual harassment and HR ignores issues. -Sexual harassment from MANAGERS -HR will completely ignore you -Retaliation for reporting sexual harassment -Favoritism for people that elude sexual favors to management, or flirt with management. -Hours maybe taken away if Facebook friend request or sexual advances are denied. -Rewards for bad behavior, employees that harass co-workers, get written up, don't do work, have low sales get promotions and hours. -Retaliation for proven hospital stays. -HR refuses to answer urgent matters. - Management is extremely unprofessional, pulling hair, threatening to grab bodies. -Management discussing their white pride. -Management racism. -There are MAGGOTS in the employee women's restroom. - Bar was a promotion with a $1.25 an hour raise. They took it away without telling anyone for months. Later it was found they were giving that money to "favorite servers". -They don't follow the rules stated in the handbook, they do not know how to follow through with anything. -Major issues wit employees on hard drugs. - Management has announced to hire as many part timers, reduce hours per person, and employee feelings do not matter. - Management would not say anything positive about staff. Tl:dr -sexual harassment -Hours are bad could have 40 hours one week, no hours the next week, and 3 months of 1 day a week. -Night time shift usually people walk with $20
