Decent salary at for entry level ,but they wont do any increment or with hold it. 5 years i spent without getting a single dirham hike. they do give family visa ,insurance & ticket but thats it. no real progression over time

No Work life balance for in certian departments

very friendly environment and huge team work community

nothing negative to report - maybe low chances for advancement and promotions
