Pros
- Great Benefits (to make up for low pay) - Exciting and flexible culture (overall) - ChowNow truly cares about their restaurant partners
Cons
- Illusion of upward mobility - Constant changes - Toxic Positivity - Refusal to acknowledge lack of success - Leadership gaslighting subordinates when they have concerns - SDR Senior Leadership is poor - High Turnover in sales org. - Quota is extremely high for the current market - SDRs work ethic questioned when performance is low due to market - Extremely slow product development team, they cant stay competitive - Low pay (unlivable at times) - Friction between Sales development, Inside sales, and Outside sales teams - SDRs who cut corners, step on toes, and create low quality high volume opps are praised Whatever you do, do not become an SDR at ChowNow, post pandemic. You are better off actually shooting yourself in the foot. If you are desperate for a job, accept this one and keep interviewing. The leadership base quotas off of mid 2020 numbers when they had more success than they could handle. The numbers are unattainable, 8-10 out of 40+ SDRs were hitting their fully ramped goal each month. The senior leadership is a joke, they were extremely condescending, contributed little to none to the team. Everyone literally started preforming worse once they were hired. The morale is low across the board in all of sales. It is alarming how many people have left in just the last 2 months. Also people across the board are very disrespectful to people who may have differing political views, including the CEO. Location is Kansas City for Anonymity
