Pros
The people are extremely nice and mean well. Good equipment, benefits, and decent base as an AE.
Cons
Where do I begin? Ultimately, I felt that upper management has no idea where the company is going. Metrics, KPIs, pricing, and product packages seemed to constantly change. There was constant friction between AE’s, SDRs, and the inside/outside sales teams. Many people treated SDRs poorly (pretty much the culture of the sales org) which was pretty sad given that they had a thankless job with absolutely impossible KPIs to hit. The CEO seemed to want to be an activist more than run a tech company. Very strange guy. I ended up getting laid off back in October because of “changing company structure(?)” by an HR person I never met and given 2-weeks severance. My acting manager was on vacation. Pretty insulting, honestly. But it is what it is. Just a very disappointing experience, all in all. They talk it up that they have this great culture, and many of my co-workers were great people. But it’s sadly a pretty toxic work environment. Just a very strange company. Salespeople should stay clear, go to a company that actually sets you up to hit your quota and make that well-deserved money.
