Pros
The people are very smart and driven and there’s a real sense of purpose and vision behind the work. You’ll grow very fast if you’re willing to put in the work...opportunities to learn and level up are everywhere. Leadership is accessible and open to ideas from other people, and there’s a culture of autonomy. There are a lot of real-life challenges that come up that'll push you to think critically and take ownership/initiative.
Cons
The work environment is very fast-paced and constantly evolving so things can feel intense or like they're changing all the time. The autonomy is good but it also means there is limited hand-holding so you might find yourself falling behind or struggling if you're someone that prefers hand-holding. Progress is tied to your individual effort so there isn't not always a clear path for growth unless you actively seek it out and put in the work.
