Pros

casual dress code Convenient location Few nice people to work with

Cons

Management only listens to her own ideas. Management doesn't what she wants. Employees have to waste time figuring out what she has in mind. So basically, employees waste huge amount of time doing unnecessary work. Employees work literally 24/7, days and nights including weekends. Management doesn't care about employees. She wants people to stand by whenever she needs them regardless if people are hungry or need to use restroom. If people don't show up in her office within 1 min after she calls, she will call them through intercom or on cellphone incessantly. Conflicts among employees. People don't get along, and the company doesn't have HR to settle "fights". Management assigns formidable tasks without providing proper training or required materials. Turnover rate is high. Management dismissals people every 6 months. Unorganized working place. There's no complete master list of completed projects, tasks, account/passwords, etc. Not to mention that there's no training for new employees.

Pros

Absolutely non. CEO hires and lies. The company is not functioning to its optimum advantage, Scatterbrained requests that come from CEO making ones job difficult to focus on

Cons

Out of state sales persons beware, I had a bad experience not being paid for weeks worked and not being paid for approved expense's. CEO and COO did not respond to my requests with receipts for payment California Department of Labor did send a formal complaint with a request for Chrislie Formulations to pay, they ignored the request did not pay the demand for payment, this because the CEO knows how to play the game. I was advised by California Dept of Labor to claim in my own state. because they know how to play the game. Beware, California Department of Labor can not assist helping secure payments for out of state sales persons who do not work in the California office. could not handle the case. I have to go to my state for help securing out of pocket and wages.
