Pros
Good environment, good people, lots of opportunities for varied jobs, adequate time allowed for classes, etc., and most importantly experience that can go on a resume for after college! Also, money to help defray costs of attending college!
Cons
Not particularly high pay from what I hear from those who have paid jobs, but decent; I'm not actually a paid intern, so my salary info is based on what they're offering for paid jobs, but I'm still getting good practice and experience, and the admissions office has been very kind to give me an internship that I suggested in the first place!
