There is a lot of pride to be taken in your work. You are encouraged to lead and take ownership of your projects and your accounts, so if you are a self-starter the studio is a great environment for you. While Christian is a creative, he is also an entrepreneur and the business is always evolving with new ideas and better ways of doing things. The work can be fast paced and the expectations are high, but if you are hardworking, personable, open minded and entrepreneurial, you will enjoy working in this environment.
