      Serious work, fantastic office culture.

      Cons

      The only drawbacks are the hours (which can be long if you want to do a good job on a story) and the pace of the day. Writing two stories can be a lot for people.

      Honest and good people to work with. Low stakes, mission driven.

      Cons

      No real accountability for decisions. Church has a lot of money so they can fail without repercussions
