      Pros

      Work schedule is flexible and they are always encouraging their staff to take work off as they can, They know the direction they need to go, they just dont know how to get there.

      Cons

      People are very set in their ways and are resistant to change. Start completely over with people that are innovative and can drive the change they so desperately need to implement.

      None, there is absolutely nothing positive I got out of this job.

      Where do I start... Horrible management and it just trickle's down. If you don't work in Canada (Canada purchasing team you know who you are)... Good luck.
