Pros
If you are comfortable on roofs and can get quick you can make some good money. You make way more if you work two years because it takes a while to get fast/safe. It's good for the seasonal minded who need to make some good money for 10ish weeks (longer if you do takedown) That's about the only positive thing to say about this job.
Cons
You get paid piece-mill, so if you're slow you don't get paid much. It is very hard work on the body. Everyone is sore everywhere all season long, and this isn't an exaggeration. They expect you to work 60+ hrs/week
