Lots of empty promises! - Sales Chroma ATE Inc. Employee Review

I have been working at Chroma ATE (Irvine Office) for nearly a year, and it has been a very stable, work-life balance, and rewarding experience. The work environment is focused and drama-free—everyone is dedicated to their responsibilities and genuinely wants to help you succeed in your role. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. Many employees have 10–30+ years of experience, and it’s common to meet people who have been with the company for 5–15 years or more. Chroma ATE offers many opportunities to learn new things, experience a growing business, and even travel. The work hours are flexible, and the culture is very much work-focused without micromanagement—your job is simply to do your best. The benefits are also excellent: Flexible Spending Account, multiple health care plan options (PPO, HMO), a 401(k) with a high match, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, parental leave, and generous bonuses depending on your position.

I’m still not fully sure how the promotion process works, so I can’t speak to that yet. Must be active and ready to learn in your position to fit with fast growing tech business.

- Bad company culture - Manufacturing has no idea what they are doing, schedule always delay - People good at sweet talk to management got promoted
