Chroma is employee owned, making each one of us valued contributor in the success of our company. Working here I feel that I can have an impact and that I am not just a number behind a desk. The company holds itself to the highest standards on all levels. We care about each other and the community. We take great pride in the quality of our products and the service we provide. The key word that comes to mind is INTEGRITY. Since we are an employee owned company, we all receive a generous share of the profits. We have amazing benefits that include: an incredible medical plan, dental & vision insurance, generous 401k contributions , education and gym reimbursement and many more. The people here are wonderful! I have never worked with a more kind, generous and supportive group of people. The employees here are generous in supporting each other's causes as well as the needs of our communities. Working here, I truly feel like I am part of something special. Everyday I am grateful to be working my "dream job" and what makes this my dream job is the company and the people I work with.

All companies have areas of improvement. Each work group within the company works on continual improvement. In my opinion, there are no cons in working for Chroma. It is by far the best organization I have ever worked for.
