None to speak of. I would like to meet my coworkers face to face but they are half way around the globe so it's not really an option.

Work-life balance comes first, the office atmosphere is very comfortable, and the colleagues are very supportive. Every Friday, there's a dessert time program that makes it even more exciting.

The career ladder is unclear here; we don't know when we'll get promoted or not. There's little room for improvement, and the work is quite monotonous.
