Pros
A bunch of talented people in the Chennai office who are really good at what they do and are always willing to help. Work timings are flexible. Free food in the canteen (not proper meals for lunch/dinner but plenty of snacks and beverages).
Cons
1. Hardly any team outing/fun activity. They believe that such activities are waste of time and their business will hamper if we miss a day's work and go for an outing. 2. Highly biased. They have their own "favourite" employees and will go out of their way to keep them happy. They don't care about the other employees. So if you're not one of their favourites, you'll have a tough time surviving in the company. 3. Unnecessary pressure and long working hours. 4. Unceremonious firing. Some really good workers have been fired, for reasons best known to the management. Clearly, they don't believe in employee retention.
