Pros

The health care package is generous.

Cons

Leadership lacks empathy and consistency—especially disappointing during life changes when support was minimal. Promotions come with no proper onboarding or mentorship, just ever-increasing expectations and little structural support. Burnout is constant, driven by a 50+ hour workweek, unrealistic demands, and low pay compared to incoming hires. Customer Success is under-resourced and undervalued, despite constant pressure to be "more strategic". The team is expected to grow accounts without the tools, training, or backing to succeed. Sales continues to be prioritized, leaving CS to pick up the slack—often with empty promises to customers that only increase workload. The market is getting tougher, and instead of enabling teams, leadership keeps pivoting, leaving CS to figure it out on the fly. The company "culture" is often undermined by a lack of accountability at the leadership level. Instead of supporting team members and addressing issues directly, there's a tendency to point fingers and discuss individual contributors behind closed doors, which erodes trust.

Pros

GREAT people. A good mission originally and changing/evolving with the times. Good culture years back. Enjoyed working with my clients and building relationships.

Cons

LOTS of changes. Could we great but unknown during restructuring and aligning new teams. Pay was not competitive to others in the space. No pay increases for a few years. Work/life balance didn't exist. BURNOUT was real. Last CEO was not a great fit for the company. Wanted feedback but didn't see through much of it. TRUST was also a big issue and confidentiality was another.
