Company is not performing and as a result the leadership has created an incredibly toxic workplace. Employees are judged for taking any time off and are expected to work endlessly to prove "loyalty" to the company. There are no growth opportunities and additionally all cost of living wage increases have halted due to the company's continued financial struggles. Despite the above mentioned financial struggles, company remains incredibly top-heavy. Through multiple rounds of layoffs the entire leadership team has remained untouched. The leadership team plays an intense game of favorites. If they like you, irregardless of your performance, you will always have a job. I'd say I hope this deters anyone from joining Chronus, but I doubt they'll ever be in a position to open a new req with the way things are going.
