NO Pros. Absolutely none. You learn a few things about startups but the work has no coherent learning path and structure, and depending on assigned projects, you might not acquire any transferrable skills.
Cons
Toxicity at all levels - from management to junior levels. Mentally draining. If you value your mental health and a work life balance, its not a good place to grow a career. Everything revolves around the CEO who doesn't listen to anyone. Employees sleep in the office almost everyday to keep up with unrealistic deadlines. Employees have had to go into therapy because they develop suicidal thoughts, high levels of anxiety and chronic nervousness. High turnover rate of staff.
