Hausba is a terrible place to work, the management( the md and hr) lack empathy, there is no room for growth, they pick on people and frustrate their work so they could fire them. My experience was terrible, the manager i was suppose to report constantly frustrated my work and my effort. If you have good job dont resign for their offer, if you are not working plan plan short term and move on, check out their staff on linkedin, they barely stay up to a year, dont be deceive.
