Pros

1. Good technologies stack. 2. Opportunity to learn and work in new technologies 3. Higher management is easily reachable 4. Properly recogonized by the company on quarterly basis with Rewards and Recogonition programs 5. Periodic monitoring of employees's progress by management. 6. Some people mentioned this company is existing in India more than 5 years. That is not true. It has just completed two years. 7. Good work life balance

Cons

1. Still the HR system has to improved lot. This company is new to India but need to automate many things with respect HR system. I hope this is being taken care 2. I read many negative feedbacks. To my openion not all are true. I agree one or two managers are baised and benefits are given to only those people. But this environment is there in every single organization. There are many other good managers in this organization who respect your work and recoganize it. 3. Looks like some of the HR policies are similar to Service based company which bothers employee's growth 5. Huge variable component

Pros

Business side is smart and is superb at their product

Cons

The IT organization struggles with structural challenges that impact efficiency. The offshore-heavy model in India means US-based employees regularly work early hours to stay aligned, which is unsustainable long-term. The workforce is heavily weighted toward a high-headcount service model rather than investing in strong engineering talent — you need fewer, better engineers, not more bodies. Central tech functions are attempting to build platforms, but without a clear shared understanding of what a platform actually means, these initiatives remain incomplete. The result is heavy manual workarounds propping up half-finished solutions. Strategic direction shifts frequently, and ongoing layoff announcements make it difficult to plan or build momentum.
