Pros

Slow on weekdays. Sometimes no guests at all from 2pm - 4pm

Cons

The pay is very low, the turnover rate is incredibly high, and the labor policies force the manager(s) to do 90% of the work. this is a good job to get your foot into the door of retail / restaurant management however, this is not a career by any means. I made 33,000 as a GM. now go Google what Assistant managers in the restaurant idustry make and you'll be shocked. this is a good job if you are moving up in the company however if you are coming from the outside in do not do it because you can do better .

Pros

-They give you free food up to $30 -The benefits are fairly decent -High mileage pay for traveling -Lots of diversity and inclusion

Cons

-The worst upper management you’ll ever work for. Constant micromanaging. Sets unrealistic expectations with zero support or assistance. All while they take long vacations. -Preach “company standard” but flip flop on every decision with no notice -Constant labor crunch. Expects miracles with ~3 people on shift. -Will have to work out of your area with no added pay -Training is hit or miss. If you don’t speak up immediately about something you weren’t taught, they will blame you. -If salaried, will probably have to work over 40hrs will no additional incentive -Customers above all else. They are rewarded for complaints and you will definitely be punished. -Heavy AI usage. Even in biased customer surveys that will count against you.
