Pros

Guaranteed hours for management positions. Techs have job security due to the fact that the store is a constant disaster as a result of being the only person who can fix anything.

Cons

No support from leadership. This location is extremely understaffed both in regards to regular staff and management. Expect to be overwhelmed with extra work outside of your job description being pushed on you with no additional compensation. If you can't complete the extreme workload, leadership will tell you that it's your fault. District tech will constantly remind you to let him know if you need anything, but asking for help typically results in empty promises, he will only show up when your performance gets bad enough for him to come reprimand you. District manager will expect you to take the extra work with a smile because "we're a team." This is Chuck E Cheese, not the Pentagon.

Pros

Free food, slightly flexible schedule. Decent training and support.

Cons

Upper management and corporate are incompetent, and do not care about your safety, or the customers. Will do anything to save a dollar because the company is on the verge of going under. You will not get any worthwhile raises, Quite frankly I don't even think the company will be around in the next few years.
