On this site, not much is really much good to say. The pay is decent for all you have to put up with but only barely. Worked out here 5+ years now and the few good things we had have slipped away to save the almighty dollar.

Lack of competent management, lack of competent cooperate management, lack of care for employees. Work staff in general is hard to get along with as most are hiding behind the union or shareholder status so they wont get fired. Poor moral on site due to lack of concern shown from cooperate.
