Pros
hands on work- you will learn new skills and practice them amazing people to work with - you will make friends the MDs support development and will challenge you to be the best training opportunities if you have ideas, there is an open door policy, so you can make a difference if you persevere
Cons
micromanagement (a con only if you prefer a different approach to management) 'old school' company i.e still use paper forms, basic databases and systems, lots of procedures, no trust in their employees at all (no mobile phone usage etc) -again, only a con if you are used to a more laid-back/London style office environment double standards accross departments in terms of rules and management style you will never know when you are out of a job (at least at this stage), regardless of your potential or performance, so don't take it for granted
