- Cheap, dirty and filthy comments from research head - Always engaged and engrossed in dirty politics and planning how to spoil others days - Will ensure to make your manager's life hell if s/he stands for you - Instigate people against you, if does not like you.. Will identify people from each team and when required will make them stand against you - Unnecessary poking every now and then... bully people if their religious/political thoughts are against his thoughts... NO FREEDOM TO SPEECH - Very RUDE and MANNERLESS and no respect for anyone - Uncontrolled and uncultured behavior - Shouts on team on floor.. - Always throws other people to wolves... - Biggest cons: No HR support.. Even if you raise any issues, first thing the HR team does is report everything to... Then all of the above happens to you.. vicious circle which you cannot avoid... - Another big cons... CEOs either don't get to know or don't react... but things have deteriorated on floor
