The salaries are lower than average market rate and management expects you to work overtime with no compensation. Out of date on software stack and toxic work environment. I can sum up as it's a high school type environment. The management either likes you or gang up and get rid of you. Definitely favoritism happening and new managers do not get trained at all. My manager could never keep a straight conversation. If you are an average person, you will be recognized and rewarded. If you are a superstar, good luck. They will push you out.
