Pros
Extremely relaxed as far as rules and communicating
Cons
Extremely relaxed, but the poor communication applies to all aspects of a job. I gave my availability before starting, I’m in school, in my paperwork I stated I wanted to work around 40 hours a week. I was hired (for a different position than I applied for). My first training shift was the day of a holiday party, so after biking there I was told it would only be a 2.5 hour shift. Second training day, my trainer didn’t know he was training me and didn’t want to so I gave him as much space as I could and focused on restocking and other things. I worked two shifts on the floor (wasn’t given the schedule had to message a coworker on Instagram for a picture of it). Then saw I had no shifts my second week, I asked why, was told it’s my availability. Extremely poor communication. Also tip share, and biweekly pay.
