      Pros

      Job is certain unless you do not do any crime. You will be happy if you do not want to take any responsibilities with less salary.

      Cons

      People who have ambition will not be happy in the CIMSOLUTIONS. They are renting skill resources to other like goverment, private organization. Once their projects are over resource will come back to the CIMSOLUTIONS. And will wait for the next assignment. Employee will not get any ownership of his work and responsibilities of that. Which is very frustrating for a ambitions resources. Also they offer very low salary compare with the other organization. They do not have any formal increment or appreciation policy.

      - Scope to learn and grow - Great company culture - Company supports all kind of educational and training support

      - Sometimes the managers don't know how to evaluate employees and how to guide so that employee can excel and give his or her best for the company

      Pros

      Possibility to work for big and impactful employers in The Netherlands. Room to grow with a good budget for self-improvement. Employer is also positively involved with employee and his assignment.

      Cons

      Some possible improvements considering benefits. Eventhough this is countered by a good salary.
